Magazine and catalog delivery network Doorfront Direct says it has delivered five-million magazines to homes and businesses since launching in December 2017.

“Five-million magazines is a significant milestone, especially considering that we just turned one-year-old last month,” said Randall Brant, managing director of Doorfront Direct. “At this point, we’re in 30 markets, with expansion efforts in place to surpass 40 by the end of 2019.”

Doorfront Direct is currently working with 17 national titles, including Vogue, Food Network and GQ, the company says. With Doorfront Direct, local newspapers and their distributors are delivering these to readers’ doorsteps.

Doorfront Direct launched in five pilot markets in December 2017, expanding during the year to its current 30 markets. “The magazine publishers have asked us to expand rapidly while maintaining our quality delivery. We’re doing launch preparation with several major-market newspaper publishers,” said Brant.

Doorfront Direct is a partnership of Gannett Publishing Services, based in McLean Virginia, Quad/Graphics, headquartered in Sussex, Wisconsin and ACI Last Mile Network, based in Long Beach, California.
