Job Summary:

Responsibilities include researching, delivering and tracking sales leads, prospects and lapsed accounts. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Essential Job Functions:

§  Compiling lists of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department.

§  Research competitive media and other sources to identify prospects and qualify leads.

§  Enter qualified leads into the CRM

§  Following up with inbound leads to qualify and send to solutions strategist.

§  Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments with new prospects.

§  Create lead lists of current, lapsed and prospective customers for special pages, sections and projects and coordinate divvying out the lists to telesales and reps.

§  Assist in the sales process by researching coop opportunities and helping to leverage the use towards advertising campaigns

§  Assist in managing marketing campaigns for reps and department, including mailings, eblasts, social campaigns etc.

 Qualifications: 

§  Excellent computer/keyboarding skills

§  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products

§  Good verbal and written communication skills

§  Strong organizational skills
